Gotta Yoga classes are perfect for beginners and up. Start your personal yoga training now by downloading Gotta Yoga. Take some time for yourself and get in shape. Hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga yoga home workouts. All classes in the “Beginners” program, as well as the first morning, day, afternoon, meditation and “Feels Good Flows” classes are free (15 classes in total). Other classes are available by purchasing a subscription in the app. Get closer to your true nature! Our yoga programs are carefully planned for learning yoga at home or on the go. They have been created by Anu Visuri, Anusara and Yogamazé yoga teacher (RYT500). The Gotta Yoga player displays yoga and asana classes as videos with voice and text that support your learning. You can pause the player and go forward or backward in the yoga class as you wish.
